Photoshop Actions for Photographers

So I have been working on editing tools for the last few months and as of late, started spending extra time in developing photoshop actions.  I am dedicating a certain number of hours every week in finding ways to make editing a lot easier.  I want to know your biggest hurdle during post processing.  While I love hand editing, I find it to be very time consuming so I am attempting to combine my knowledge of hand editing into actions.  The process is slow, of course, and I need to recruit some photographers to try out my inital set of actions so I am able to customize and perfect them for everyone. 

I want to make a set that is for subtle editing and another set that is for dramatic enhancing.
